1 Purpose and business identity
Bella Digital Co (ABN 81 754 720 756) is a founder-led business based in Perth, Western Australia, providing website creation and rebuilds, website refreshes and optimisation, branding, practical AI implementation and digital consulting across Australia.
This statement explains the limits of general website information and the principles guiding our work. Read it with our Website Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy, available through the website footer at https://www.belladigital.co. Project deliverables and commercial commitments are set out in a separate client services agreement.
2 General information and outcomes
Information on this website is general in nature. It is not a substitute for advice tailored to your business, systems or circumstances. Bella's digital services do not constitute legal, tax, financial, medical or other regulated professional advice.
Tools, platforms and digital practices change. Published examples or recommendations may become outdated. Any price, timing or outcome described as an estimate depends on its stated assumptions and the final agreed scope.
We do not guarantee search rankings, traffic, enquiries, conversions, revenue, savings or uninterrupted operation. Outcomes depend on factors including the offer, content, competition, marketing, implementation and third-party systems. This does not excuse a failure to meet an agreed obligation or override a specific representation or applicable consumer guarantee.
3 AI limitations and human judgement
AI tools can produce incorrect, incomplete, biased or misleading outputs. Generated text, code, images and recommendations need review appropriate to their intended use. Using AI does not establish that an output is factually accurate, lawful, original, secure or suitable for a particular purpose.
For agreed AI work, we explain the intended use and relevant limitations, identify where human review is needed, and discuss the consequences of errors. We do not present a general AI tool as a substitute for a qualified professional or as suitable for high-impact decisions without a specific assessment.
4 Honest communication
We describe Bella as a founder-led business and represent qualifications, experience and capabilities accurately. We do not invent testimonials, client relationships, results or portfolio projects. Concept work is identified as concept work. Any demonstration using fictional or synthetic data is labelled where needed to avoid confusion.
We seek permission before publishing identifiable client work, testimonials or results and respect the agreed limits of that permission. We do not imply that results achieved in one situation will occur in another.
5 Practical recommendations and transparent costs
Our recommendations consider the client's needs, ability to maintain the solution, cost and scope. We explain material limitations, ongoing subscriptions, third-party dependencies and practical ownership or handover implications before a commitment is made.
If we receive a referral fee, affiliate commission or another material benefit connected with a recommendation, we disclose it clearly where the recommendation is made. We do not claim independent certification, endorsement or partnership without evidence.
6 Privacy confidentiality and responsible access
We seek access and information appropriate to the agreed task. We ask clients to use delegated account access or an agreed secure sharing method instead of sending passwords through general enquiry forms or ordinary project messages.
Before using client material or personal information in an AI service, we assess whether that use is necessary and appropriate, check the provider's relevant settings and terms, and address confidentiality, permissions and applicable privacy requirements. A client's approval does not automatically provide authority for all uses of information about other people.
We aim to use fictional or appropriately de-identified examples for demonstrations and testing where practical. Where client contact details or project material are needed for AI-assisted work, we limit their use to what is relevant and appropriate, subject to confidentiality, permissions and applicable privacy requirements. The “Improve the model for everyone” setting is switched off in the ChatGPT account used for this work. This setting does not remove the need for care when sharing information.
Our Privacy Policy describes information handling, providers, retention and overseas arrangements, including our use of ChatGPT. No statement here promises absolute security, anonymity or confidentiality beyond what can lawfully and practically be provided.
7 Respectful and accessible digital work
We aim to make websites clear and usable, considering readable content, contrast, keyboard use, mobile layouts and understandable enquiry paths. Specific accessibility requirements and testing should be agreed in scope. We do not claim that a site meets a particular accessibility standard or is legally compliant without an appropriate assessment.
We do not knowingly create deceptive impersonations, fabricated endorsements, manipulative interfaces that obscure material choices, or tools intended for unlawful discrimination or misuse of personal information. We raise material concerns about a requested use and discuss a suitable alternative or decline that part of the work, subject to our agreement and legal duties.
We respect intellectual-property rights and consider permissions and licences when using text, code, images and other assets. AI generation alone does not prove that material is free of third-party rights or that exclusive ownership can be promised.
8 Third party services and responsibility
External platforms have their own terms, availability, pricing and data practices, which can change. We explain relevant dependencies when recommending or implementing them. A link to an independent provider does not guarantee its performance or endorse all of its content.
This statement does not transfer all responsibility for a project to the client or a provider. Each party's responsibilities must be defined in the client services agreement, and Bella remains responsible for its own conduct and duties under applicable law.
9 Your rights and raising a concern
Nothing in this statement excludes, restricts or modifies rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified, including under the Australian Consumer Law. The limitations described here do not replace our obligation to provide agreed services with the care and skill required by law.
If you identify inaccurate information, an accessibility barrier, a privacy concern or conduct inconsistent with this statement, contact Bella Digital Co at belladigitalco@gmail.com. Include the relevant page or project and a description of the concern. We will review it and discuss appropriate next steps.
